written contract that reflects agreed upon plans and includes accurate measurements,
detailed specifications and precise construction drawings. Once your project is underway, we
document every change and obtain your approval in writing before proceeding so you have no
unpleasant surprises at the end of the project.
3. Your House is Kept Clean and Secure
Your Stella Contracting Remodeling Team goes to great lengths to protect your home and
belongings by closing-off construction areas with Visqueen and Blue Tape, sealing air
circulation vents and covering all exposed surfaces. In addition, your Project Manager is
responsible for making sure your home is properly secured and the work area cleaned nightly.

Our Project Plan makes it easy for you to share with us your preferences and design ideas.
