Discovery Call

Design Consultation
During an on-site visit, we will thoroughly assess your space, take precise measurements, and dive deeper into your ideas and vision. During this 60-90 minute meeting, we will begin by exploring the space and its current layout, then review your wish list alongside any areas of concern or aspects you would like to improve. This conversation will also include an open dialogue about the project's investment requirements and budget considerations, ensuring we are aligned on all fronts before moving forward.
Design Center Meeting
This meeting will focus on reviewing the concept drawings and budget estimates in our showroom. We will cover the basic space layout and plan, and discuss the preliminary job costs involved. To address these, we prioritize transparent cost estimates, provide visual concepts for clarity, and curate tailored options to simplify choices.
Selections
Upon receiving your Design Retainer, we begin shopping for materials — including tile, flooring, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. During this exciting phase, we will work closely with your designer to explore trusted vendors and design centers, where you can see and feel the options firsthand.
This experience enables you to explore various styles and finishes, ensuring that your selections perfectly align with your vision. Your designer will be there to guide you throughout the process, helping you make informed choices that truly reflect your unique project. Additionally, we prioritize staying within your allocated budget, allowing us to manage expenses effectively while bringing your vision to life.
Contractual Agreement
In this phase, we’ll share your final plans and a detailed contractual agreement tailored just for you. Our goal is to ensure you feel completely satisfied with every detail. We’re here to answer any questions you may have before you sign off and let us move forward with your project. This step is essential for us to be aligned and confident as we take the next steps together.
Procurement & Scheduling

Once the project started, Connor was there to coordinate the different contractors that had to be there throughout the entire project. Jeff and team did a great job from re-design to remodeling our kitchen. He was able to match our existing cabinetry with the installation of new. The style and stain color were perfect. Very professional and would definitely hire again.
Jeff and Conner Stella have been fantastic to work with. We had great experiences with projects on two of our homes. When we recently moved in our historic home, we were on a challenged time schedule and they managed to complete all work just in time. All contractors did a wonderful job. The combination or trustworthiness, experience, attention to detail, service and quality work is exceptional. We had had original white oak hardwood floor restored, new carpet, hard to match wood trim installed and our garage remodeled, including new doors and additional window. We are already planning our bath room remodeling with Stella Design & Remodel and can absolutely recommend them.
We used Stella Design & Remodel to remodel our 40 year old bathroom and are delighted with the outcome. The owner, Jeff, worked with us every step of the way including meeting us at the tile and counter top shops to give us feedback on the quality of the products we were picking out. I hired Jeff to help me update a 60 year old kitchen. From beginning to end, he was more than patient, competent and complete. His design skills are wonderful and he helped me see things I couldn't see. We were able to raise the ceiling between the kitchen and family room making both seem larger. When we needed to install the kitchen stove fan, he was able to fit it in the existing soffit space and in the process completely cured any issues with the underlying drywall. A new pocket door replaced a non-functional one. Free-floating shelves and a clever pushback of the counter provided a much larger kitchen working space. Given how dark the original kitchen was, he was able to secure and install a garden window over the sink that provides more light than even I imagined was possible. You won't go wrong with Jeff and his team - clean efficient and the right price. Great job. Thanks Jeff!
